ABOUT ME
I grew up in Virginia until I moved to Mesa, Arizona when I was 13. I graduated from Highland High School in 2016 and then went to ASU for three years for Early Childhood Education. I loved teaching, and still do, but at a certain point, it stopped feeling like it was what I wanted to do forever. 2 years and 1 pandemic later, I’ve discovered my passion for graphic design, and I’m looking forward to pursuing it as a career.
I met my husband, Bryton, when we did theater together in high school, but we didn’t start dating until four years later. When I’m not reading, doing my new favorite craft of the week, or spending time with my husband and our two cats, Frankie and Yoshi, I love learning about and experimenting with new design ideas.
A fun fact about me: My husband and I had the same last name before we got married! To be fair, our last name is “Smith”, so it isn’t the biggest coincidence in the world, but I’m still grateful that neither of us had to think about changing our last name.
